- Payment data — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, issue a GST-compliant tax invoice, respond to enquiries, handle returns, and — only if you opt in — send occasional offers. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to complete your order: our delivery partners, our payment gateway (Razorpay), and our order-management and email systems. Each receives only what that task requires.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required under Indian tax law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing to you. Write to info@makhanza.co.in and we will respond within a reasonable period. Some records must be retained where law requires it.
