These terms govern your use of makhanza.co.in and any order you place with RASI Lifestyle (“MAKHANZA”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.
Products and information
We describe our products and their nutrition as accurately as we can. Packaging, batch and appearance may vary slightly. Nutrition figures are typical values from lab testing and may vary within permitted tolerances.
Health claims
Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, an allergy, or are pregnant, please consult a qualified professional.
Allergens
Please read the pack label before consuming. Our products are made in facilities that also handle other ingredients, so traces may be present.
Pricing and tax
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order. Enter your GSTIN at checkout if you need it on the invoice. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if an order is affected.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect misuse.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay, and cash on delivery on eligible pin codes. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under their terms; we do not store card details.
Intellectual property
The MAKHANZA name, logo, packaging artwork, photography and site content belong to RASI Lifestyle (“MAKHANZA”, “we”, “us”) and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
