Where we deliver
We deliver across India. For international and bulk export enquiries, please contact us directly — we are an APEDA member and IEC-registered exporter.
Charges
- Flat delivery charge of ₹49 per order.
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
- Cash on delivery is available on eligible pin codes.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days within Tamil Nadu and 5–8 working days elsewhere in India. Festivals, weather and courier delays can extend this.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
If delivery fails
Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once. If an order returns to us undelivered because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; a further delivery charge may apply.
Packaging
All products are sealed and packed to protect them in transit. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and see our Return & Refund Policy.
