Boil 500 ml water in a pan.
Add the noodle cake and cook 6–7 minutes, stirring now and then, until soft.
Sprinkle in the masala sachet and mix well.
Simmer for 1 more minute, then serve hot.
Whole wheat flour 55%, makhana flour 20%, foxtail millet flour 18%, cluster bean powder 5%, psyllium husk (isabgol) 2% and iodized salt.
