Orders and delivery
We ship across India. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499, and every price on this site already includes GST, so there is no surprise at checkout.
If something has gone wrong with an order, email us with your order number and we will sort it. The shipping and delivery and return and refund pages set out the formal position.
Stocking MAKHANZA
We work with retailers and distributors across South India and ship nationally. There are separate routes depending on what you have in mind:

A note on food safety
If you have a concern about a specific pack — the seal, the smell, anything at all — stop eating it and contact us with the batch code and best-before date printed on the pack. Every batch is lab-tested at an NABL-accredited laboratory before packing, and if something has gone wrong we want to know immediately.
